I’ve recently joined as a Thermomix® consultant and I’m so excited to be showcasing the new Thermomix® TM7 in my own kitchen.As a busy mum juggling kids and everyday life, I had honestly lost my cooking mojo. Meal times were starting to feel repetitive and overwhelming, the planning, the shopping, the constant “what’s for dinner?” decision making. It all felt like a lot.

When I discovered how the TM7 works as a complete cooking system, something clicked for me. It’s not just another appliance -it guides you step by step through every recipe and even creates the shopping list for you. No guesswork, no stress, no wondering what to do next. It has brought the confidence back into my kitchen.

So far, my favourite thing to make has been 2-ingredient sorbet (or “slushies” as my boys call them!). It feels like magic, just fruit & ice and a little sweetness and it turns into something so wow. The kids absolutely love it.

I’m really looking forward to making Fruity Dream, Pizza nights from scratch and trying the famous “Marry Me Chicken.” I’m secretly hoping my boys might even start helping at dinner time,  which would be such a win!

I’m genuinely excited to be getting started and rediscovering the joy of cooking in a way that actually fits into family life.
