The Terms and Conditions outlined in this page constitute an agreement between you, the user of this website and our platform, Health Plus Happiness (ABN 88 502 386 676), trading as Christina Fielding Thermomix® Consultant (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using the Christina Thermomix® Consultant website, you accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must not use the Platform.
We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time with prospective effect. In the event a change is deemed substantial, we will notify you as and when we make this change. If you continue to use the Platform after the Terms and Conditions so change, you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes.
If you breach any of the terms and conditions, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your access to the Platform and take such other action as may be available at law.
Platform Usage
You must only use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable law. You must only use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use, unless you have a written agreement with us otherwise.

The goods and services promoted there are not offered or sold by us, but rather by third parties over whom we have no control. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you wish to purchase any goods or services of such vendors, and that those goods or services are appropriate for you. We take no responsibility for any content found on the 3rd party website. Christina Fielding Thermomix® Consultant may receive financial benefit from 3rd parties based on your activity. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Platform, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
Other Terms
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be legally invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed but superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the terms will continue unaffected.
Any waiver of these terms by either of us must be in writing to be effective.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Each of you and us submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in connection with these Terms and Conditions and your access to and use of the Platform.
Christina Fielding is an independent Thermomix® Consultant and is not the manufacturer of Thermomix® products.
Content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos and design elements are owned by Health Plus Happiness trading as Christina Fielding Thermomix® Consultant and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The use of images and trademarks owned by Vorwerk International AG and Vorwerk Australia Pty Ltd is solely for the purpose of identifying and describing Thermomix® products offered through myself, an authorised independent consultant.
All such trademarks, product images and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
