The Terms and Conditions outlined in this page constitute an agreement between you, the user of this website and our platform, and Health Plus Happiness (ABN 88502386676) trading as Christina Fielding Thermomix® Consultant (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using the Christina Thermomix® Consultant website, you accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must not use the Platform.
We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time with prospective effect. In the event a change is deemed substantial, we will notify you as and when we make this change. If you continue to use the Platform after the Terms and Conditions so change, you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes.
If you breach any of the terms and conditions, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your access to the Platform and take such other action as maybe available at law.

We take no responsibility for any content found on the 3rd party website. Christina Fielding Thermomix® Consultant may receive financial benefit from 3rd parties based on your activity.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Each of you and us submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in connection with these Terms and Conditions and your access to and use of the Platform.
