Hi, I’m Diego. I’m originally from Chile and currently living in Manly while completing my MBA at the University of Sydney. Although I’m a new Thermomix consultant here in Australia, I’m definitely not new to the Thermomix. I’ve spent more than a decade working with Thermomix through Thermomix Chile in a variety of roles — from technical support and machine repairs to leadership and management across Chile and Peru.


It’s given me a deep understanding of the product and how much it can transform everyday cooking. Living in Sydney has been an incredible experience. My Favourite Recipe

One of my favourite dishes from home is Pastel de choclo, a traditional Chilean comfort food. It’s a baked dish made with a savoury filling of minced beef, onions, olives and hard-boiled eggs, topped with a creamy mixture of sweet corn, basil and milk.
As it bakes, the corn topping becomes golden and slightly caramelised, creating a delicious balance of sweet and savoury flavours. It’s a dish that reminds me of home, and one I love making and sharing with friends using the Thermomix.
